Our Physics – Our Research (OPhOR)
The lecture series “Our Physics – Our Research” (OPhOR) was initiated in the winter semester 2016/17, where scientists from the Department of Physics and the Max Planck Institute for the science of light present their current research areas. This is particularly interesting for Bachelor students in the 5th semester, as the subject areas are relevant for Bachelor’s, but also Master’s and admission theses. Of course, all interested parties are also cordially invited.
In the summer semester 2022, the OPhOR course will take place on Wednesday 25.05. at 14:00 and on Friday 27.05. at 13:45 via Zoom. Lecturers and group leaders present their groups and possible thesis topics in short lectures (approx. 4 minutes). This will be followed by a discussion round (Wednesday from 5:00 p.m., Friday from 4:00 p.m.), during which questions can also be asked.
