The physics department hosts a physics colloquium on each Wednesday during the lecture period at 12 noon in Lecture Hall H. Invited researchers from Germany and around the world present their current research. The lectures are presented for a broader audience so that students and researchers of all departments can follow it. This is a great possibility for Master students, as well as Bachelor students, to gain insight into the wide variety of subfields in physics to eventually choose their own direction of research.

The running lectures for the semester are listed in the calendar shown below. The language of the talk is given with the language of the title.
